Make sure the product or item you want mentioned or reviewed is sent to the actual person who is hosting the show. Contact them. Usually they will provide a alternative address where the items will reach them. This is a University! Do you remember when you and your friends were in school? Do you really want to leave a portable computer in the hands of a college student? Be afraid, very afraid.
Return Policy
Hardware; If we don't break, or destroy it, we will return it intact, upon request. The products sent to us will be used and tested by the students. Believe me, if there are flaws and faults, they will find them.
Software; All software that is not retained by us will be donated to the local school districts or charities unless you want it destroyed. Just tell us, and we will shred all paper, break all disks and CD's.
